Ended up installing Firefox just to complete the installation. Not too sure why IE choked on the CGI.
Getting it to show up on the blog is another adventure not clearly stated on the website. Manual? The distribution did not include any documentation. The web site was not quite clear on what I am supposed to do next.
After trawling through the support forums. it appears I have to copy some of the sample code and paste into the index file. It works as documented in the support forum but butt ugly. Played around with the headers and got it to look like the other modules in the sidebar.
