The Tour guides, one main guy and his 2 assistants (1 assistant and 1 intern) really work hard for their money. Yes they took us from one tourist trap to another.
Unlike other countries, the assistants load the group’s luggage into the coach hold, the coach driver just stand around looking cool. In addition, the tour guides serves the group during lunch and dinner! This practise was mind blowing to me. In most countries, during meal times, the restaurant’s helpers takes care of the groups. In this case were the guides. May be it was due to the language barrier?
