{"id":4020,"date":"2017-05-29T13:59:07","date_gmt":"2017-05-29T05:59:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alfredivy.per.sg\/blogger\/?p=4020"},"modified":"2017-05-29T13:59:07","modified_gmt":"2017-05-29T05:59:07","slug":"assault-or-anger-waiting-to-explode","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alfredivy.sg\/blogger\/2017\/05\/assault-or-anger-waiting-to-explode\/","title":{"rendered":"Assault or anger waiting to explode."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A 69-year-old man was assaulted\u00a0by a 62-year old man. \u00a0This happened when the older man brushed against the younger man. \u00a0The victim was punched in the eye and later suffered a heart attack. \u00a0Despite efforts by a\u00a0bystander, the assailant escaped on an e-bike. \u00a0The assailant was later arrested by the police.<\/p>\n<p>I have noticed that this year have lots of instances, where a simple apology and moving on, escalated into violence. \u00a0There seems to be underlying feeling tension, anger where at the slightest provocation, burst out to the front.<\/p>\n<p>Remember this:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Hate begets hate; violence begets violence; toughness begets a greater toughness.
