The bigger the company, the more it suck.\u2029\u2029 Banks do their promotion of\u00a0application, system, network to live from 2 to 3 am or later.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 There are systems that are even more heavily used than banking systems, eg transport and shipping systems.\u00a0 These changes are done on Christmas and New Year.\u00a0 So you can kiss November and December holidays goodbye.<\/p>\n<p>A large portion of IT employers expect you to know your stuff and certified\u00a0eg MCSE, MCSA, CCNA etc.\u00a0 There is very little upgrading\u00a0provided.\u00a0 Any training is likely very niche and targeted.\u00a0 So you will need to do a lot of self study and face time with a virtualization software.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the continuous interaction with many different systems and requiremens, pace of learning\u00a0can very different.
