I need some face time with Exchange 2007. My previous two attempts to run it off the company’s data centre servers almost always got hijacked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
There was a big VIP meeting and the servers got pulled to support the backend. On top of that, add some customer requests, my VMs ended up being toast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The next best thing was to run it as a guest on my notebook. Surprisingly it turns in a reasonable performance. I will try to post the loadgen results once it finishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Update. Here it is. The guest setup is 1 CPU, 384MB ram with 2x 8GB disks, on a Lenovo 3000 N100, 1GB RAM and 1.73G CPU. I think I need to increase the number of test users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
