Google flipped the switch on Play Integrity and disabled custom roms hiding unlocked bootloaders and root.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>My Poco X3 NFC with PixelOS faced the same problem. For one week, the phone passed &#8220;Basic Integrity&#8221; and &#8220;Device Integrity&#8221; to restore e-payment functionality. Now on December 23, I was able to keep the banking apps running but Google Wallet is dead. I must mess around with the device fingerprint to keep going for a while.  That is provided that fingerprint is not blacklisted by Google down the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is also the possibility of my Google account being disabled for doing all these shenanigans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I guess it is time to pull the trigger on that Poco X5 Pro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Update 12 Jan 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have been religiously updating the Magisk and other modules.  One day Wallet just stopped complaining.  I tried to do some purchases and they went through.
