After I passed my PMP exam, I logged a case with SkillsFuture to claim my exam fees . They called it an appeal for refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
The staff were thorough about my results, exam date and payment method. The exam date used the last reminder email from Pearson. Payment method I used my credit card statement. PMI does not issue a receipt or I missed printing it. Luckily my PMI profile showed the last 4 digits of the credit card number and the amount paid (US$405).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once that is approved, I need to fill in a payment request. That goes for another approval cycle. After receiving the second approval, it took 3 weeks for SkillsFuture to PayNow me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Overall, from the first email to payment took about 6 weeks. I replied to their questions within a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
