I wanted to do a quick verification test, using PixelOS 14 to verify the operations of 5ber app and the SIM.  It didn&#8217;t go well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>After flashing the PixelOS Android 14, it booted to the G logo and got stuck there. I tried to format the storage and it says cannot be mounted. It seems to be similar to the previous problem that I had, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alfredivy.sg\/blogger\/2025\/02\/upgrading-to-android-15-qpr1\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.alfredivy.sg\/blogger\/2025\/02\/upgrading-to-android-15-qpr1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">upgrading from Android 14 to 15<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am now at a crossroad. Fix the storage mounting problem, go back to PixeOS Android 14 or reinstate Android 15 or upgrade to Android 16 with crDroid 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the end, I went with crDroid 12. I have yet to see any goodies of Android 16, instead I got a downer. The restore from Play store was incomplete.
