Recently I started MRT train rides on SMRT and SBS Transit lines. I have been driving and carpark rates in the City is ridiculous, so park and ride is more wallet friendly. I noticed that there are some passengers insist on playing their favourite tunes on their handphone speakers. Once was rap and yesterday was Chinese songs. On both occasions, fairly mainstream music not very annoying but I prefer my sound of rumbling trains. What gives?
